TMC Parents and Guardians,
I am sending this email a day earlier then normal. Tomorrow will be the last day of school for students with the impeding job action occurring on Monday October 6. Students should come prepared on Friday to clean out their lockers of any personal items. We will also take the time to ensure perishable food is not left in the lockers. All onsite and offsite activities have been cancelled from October 6-31, including athletics. As per the email from the CBE received by families yesterday, fees that have already been paid for activities will be adjusted once the strike concludes. If students wish to take home any schoolwork (including band instruments) to continue to practice and review that is your decision. Teachers will not be available for any support during the job action. Updates regarding Fun Lunch purchases will be received directly from Healthy Hunger.
