All students are assigned the use of a hallway locker & school issued lock by their homeroom teacher. Students must not use personal locks on school lockers. If students lose or damage their lock, they will need to pay for the replacement. Students are responsible for the locker’s cleanliness. All lockers must have a lock on the locker.

Lockers are school property and the school reserves the right to open them at any time. As outlined in CBE Administrative Regulation 6014 - Student Searches and supported by the Supreme Court of Canada, a principal or designate may search a student, the student’s locker, a school storage area assigned to the student, and articles and objects belonging to or used by the student on school board premises:

The use of personal locks on school lockers is not permitted. If a replacement lock is required there will be a $10 charge.
