Titan Leadership Summits – Friday May 3, 2023

We will be holding our Titan Leadership Summit Meetings on Friday. Ms. Bond or Mr. R meet with each grade level of students to discuss important information about being a citizen and living in a school community. On Friday will be talking about taking ownership of our actions and moving from blame/denial & defensiveness/excuses to ownership, action, results and a positive relationship focus. Part of the conversation will be specifically in relation to the use of racist names or slurs, which we have had to deal with many times with students lately.

Student Cell Phone Use in Schools – Online Survey

Alberta Minister of Education Demetrios Nicolaides is interested in hearing from teachers, parents, and other staff about student cellphone usage in Alberta schools.  You are invited to share your views in an Alberta Education online survey. Feedback will help inform any potential next steps about the future of student cellphone use in schools.
Complete the online survey by Friday, May 3, 2024.
We encourage all staff to provide their feedback to Alberta Education. Information about the survey will be sent through SchoolMessenger to parents and guardians later today.

Educationally yours,
Mr. R 
